Brownies

I'm making brownies tonight, partly for the hell of it, partly for my neighbor's boy who turned 8 today. The last few times I made brownies (for a neighbor's daughter's graduation party and for our dojo girl's tournament win), the 8x8 inch pan was clean in under 5 minutes. So I must have done something right (or maybe I should give credit where credit is due).
