Beer, Wine and Awamori

I was talking with one of the new vice principals today (a former English teacher) and we got onto the topic of alcohol. I told him I don't drink that much (this past weekend an exception), partly for health purposes, but mostly for allowing myself to think clearly at all times.

My favorite part of the conversation was his take on three types of alcohol: beer, wine, and awamori.

"Beer makes people dumb.
Wine makes people smart.
Awamori makes people crazy."
